What's your minimum order quantity?

100 pcs for most custom stamping parts. Complex parts with expensive tooling may have higher MOQ; tooling cost may be amortized on small batches.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF, STEP (.step/.stp), IGES (.iges/.igs), DWG, DXF, Parasolid (.x_t/.x_b), SolidWorks (.sldprt/.sldasm), SAT, 3MF, STL, OBJ, AI, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, and images (JPG/PNG/WebP). Up to 25 MB per file 鈥?for larger files, paste a Google Drive / WeTransfer link in the message box.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. Soft tooling typically $300鈥?1,500 depending on part complexity and cavity count (final quote on review). T1 samples in 5鈥? business days for standard parts; 10鈥?4 days for complex tooling or tight tolerance (卤0.02mm). Sample fee is refundable as credit on your first production order of the same part at 鈮?,000 pcs, within 12 months.

What payment terms do you accept?

New customers 鈥?tooling: 50% to start + 50% before T1 samples ship.
New customers 鈥?mass production: 30% T/T deposit + 70% before shipment (T/T 30/70).
Large orders (USD 50,000+): L/C at sight available.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send us your NDA or we can provide one. Execution within 1 business day.

What's the lead time for mass production?

15鈥?0 business days after T1 sample approval (excluding surface finishing and shipping).

Which shipping terms do you support?

FOB / CIF / DDP. We ship from Tianjin Port (150 km from our factory). Lead time shown above excludes shipping.

Are you ISO 9001 certified?
