Case summary
A US-based fitness equipment brand needed 40,000 structural brackets per year for their line of home gym machines. The 5.0 mm Q235 bracket carries dynamic loads up to 150 kg per mounting point, requiring a minimum tensile strength of 370 MPa. We use a 500T JIER press with a single-action die; powder coating (black texture, 60–80 µm) provides both aesthetics and corrosion protection for home gym environments. All parts are pull-tested to 2× working load before shipment.
